1. How much is the shipping?

We ship your parcels free of charge within the US.

For shipments in Europe, shipments are free of charge for the entire continent.

2. Can I change an order after I have placed it?

If you would like to make changes to an order you have placed, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach us by email at info@horll.com .

3. Will I receive an invoice for my order?

For each order placed with HORL 1993 an invoice is issued immediately after the order is placed.

4. How long does it take until I receive my package?

You can find the current delivery times on the product detail page of the respective item.

5. Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an existing order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. You can reach the customer service from Monday to Friday at contact page or email. If you have already received the email with the shipping confirmation, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. In this case, you can return your order together with the revocation form.

6. Why was my payment by credit card or other payment method not accepted?

If a payment has not been accepted, this can have various reasons. In this case, please contact the respective payment provider directly. If none of the offered payment methods work, please contact us at info@horll.com .

7. My address cannot be entered in the order process. What can I do?

If you need help entering your address in the order process, please send us an email to info@horll.com.

8. Can I order HORL ® products without VAT?

Tax-Exempt Orders (USA)

At this time, we are unable to process tax-exempt orders for U.S. customers, even if a valid resale certificate or business tax ID is provided. All orders placed through our website will include applicable sales tax based on the shipping destination.

9. What do I have to consider if I have a deposit agreement with the shipping service provider in charge?

The shipment is considered to have been successfully delivered when the shipping service provider has successfully deposited the order at the agreed location. In this case, the buyer has no claim against HORL 1993 or the shipping service provider after the goods have been deposited. Please ensure that your order is received in person, as it cannot be resent.
